Dr. Tomke S. Gerdes and JProf. Lena Hünefeld represented with lectures

One of the unresolved issues of inclusion concerns the labor market. The lecture series looks at ways to create a participatory and inclusive world of work. Against the backdrop of social changes, such as advancing digitalization and demographic change, it will examine how the development of innovations and the effective design of established measures to open up and promote opportunities for participation and prevent health impairments can be shaped.

Dr. Tomke S. Gerdes and JProf. Lena Hünefeld are co-initiators of the online series, which aims to invite exchange between scientists and people with health impairments and disabilities as well as practitioners.

The online event will take place on the following dates from 12:00 to 13:00 via Zoom.

7 May: Junior Professor Dr. Lena Hünefeld:
Work 4.0 and mental health - challenges for company stakeholders

4 June: Dr. Marie S. Heide & Dr. Tomke S. Gerdes:
