- Since 2017: Deputy Head of Group 1.2 "Working Environment Reporting" at the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health
- 2014-2017: Research assistant at the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health in Dortmund in the group "Scientific Management FB 1"
- 2011-2014: Research assistant at the Institute of Sociology at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, specializing in the sociology of work
- 2009-2012: Research assistant at the Institute of Sociology at RWTH Aachen University with a focus on gender and life course research
