The AI Roadmap Initiative for the World of Work is an interdisciplinary initiative aimed at strategically shaping the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. The focus is particularly on issues related to human-centered design, the sustainable integration of AI into work processes, and the impact on employees.

Prof. Dr. Frauke Mörike is participating as an expert and contributes perspectives on inclusion, participation, and accessibility in particular to ensure that AI applications make the world of work accessible to everyone.
